Our Founder
Lynette Phillips is the founder and principal of SEKond to None Human Resource Services.
Lynette is a former human resources director with several years’ experience in operations. She has advices presidents and Senior Vice Presidents in fortune 500 companies, as well as created programs and implemented initiatives and managed through leadership change. She has also taught classes for employees locally and internationally.
Lynette has a certificate for public speaking and is a certified professional coach. Lynette is also skilled in various assessment tools, and facilitates corporate meetings and retreats.
Lynette is a member of The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), Society of Human Resources, and Ellevate. She sits on the board for NAWBO Philadelphia and is the chair of the education committee.
